Dissapointed with this product. My previous phones were also BT (Edge) but much better. It's just a pity I broke one of the handsets. Anyway the Graphite has no backlight, the letters are difficult to read and when you check your received calls alll...

I was offered this phone from BT, for £39.99. For just the one phone, but find this twin pack for just £34.99 online. I saved 5 pounds.

I entered a number into the phonebook of one handset and found the entry wasn’t available to the other handset – I have to enter phonebook names and number twice. This equipment was designed by idiots. I’m going back to my old Panasonic system.
