great start but...

 

Good phones are HARD to find and I loved this phone! This phone is perfect for a micro-business. Grrr. Too bad the wireless handset didn't hold up.

The base unit is sturdy and the calls are clear. Operation is straightforward ; Speaker phone is excellent and works with a whisper. One of the best I've ever used

The wireless handset quit working after 18 months. Now it shows an error code that cant be cross-referenced anywhere. The spare battery doesn't seat properly ; The only handset replacements I can find are more expensive than replacing the entire set ;...

Eight would be Great

 

If you want extra handsets buy several of these and keep the corded base for spare parts (tongue in cheek here.)

Good quality phone. Two line service. Clear. Won't interfere or be interfered with 802.11 networks

An "extra" handset costs more than this set!! (about 180 clams) ... and try to find one. Newegg doesn't have any. I was able to find only three vendors online that do

Excellent two-line corded/cordless model. Clean, clear, functional.

 

Good sound, with solid construction. Clean, clear, and uncluttered operation. Excellent value.

Not for the gadget-happy. Some unfortunate limitations. Only one mailbox per line. Poor battery backup.
