Great sound! These speakers have tremendous bass and clear midrange. They are good enough that the are the only speakers you need to listen to music. The dual inputs allow you to connect your ipod (or any MP3 player that uses a headphone jack) as well...

Don't pass them up

As for the power switch. I purchased and extention cord that has an intergrated on/off swiitch. Now I just leave the speaker switch on and use the extention as the main switch. Works great.

I had to replace speakers for my home PC because of my kids blowing them from listening to their rap/music. Two times I might add, so I took a chance and purchased these from reading the reviews and knowing the Klipsch name. I was considering the BOSE...

I agree with the other reviews about the power switch location. I also think that they (Klipsch) could have used better cable for this unit.
