It actually is true - poor sound quality

Don't have much time to write this - but for anyone else who is comparing this with the Logitech USB Desktop microphone - I can report that I used both today at the same time and compared them. I did this because I had been using the Logitech for a...

Not Compatible to Today's Standards

This product does not have easy to access online drivers to update for windows 7, so good luck finding any. My opinion, if you have windows 7, do not buy this product. Waste of time and effort that will eventually lead you to returning it.

Works for me in Garage Band...

Not sure of all the complaints but, set this to a default driver on my MAC and used garage band. It works great for everything I need it for. Picks up audio just fine and records fine but, I can adjust in my software.

Cannot detect sound!

I needed a new mic for ventrilo usage, and this microphone cannot even detect my phone unless my mouth is on it. If I turn my microphone volume to the highest setting (800%) I can be heard, but it's still soft and the sound is not a good quality.

Do not buy this product

Picked this up at Radioshack and was simply appalled by the rubbish audio quality of the microphone. Have tried it on several different computers and the result is exactly the same; the volume of the recorded audio is barely audible and the audio is...
