If you can run a business well you can make way more then if you have a career.
Works great with no glitches so far ; It is thought out and designed very well ; Being able to own your own business is awesome ; Doesn't get old
It is annoying how you have to deal with a loading screen whenever you visit your business and whenever you come back home. Other than that it is awesome
