I am so tired now of the Madden franchise. Somehow I get suckered in to buying it every year or two. Nothing in this game has improved over last year. When playing against the computer, even if your receiver has his man beat, the corner glitches to...

Updated rosters

Offense running and receiving is too easy now. You can not defend against anything. Your offensive line breaks down in 1 second (literally). Computer players have some kind of super human speed

Madden NFL 07 - Xbox 360 review - Pocket-lint

Another year gone means yet another release. So does this one cut the mustard?

Madden 07 is better than last year's Xbox360 effort for sure, but it's still a small step behind the cheaper titles on the last generation of consoles

Madden NFL 08 PC game

By Peter Cohen, (pcadvisor.co.uk)

Madden NFL 08 hasn't really set the PC gaming world on fire, because it's mainly an updated and rehashed version of the 07 product.

The legendary Madden game franchise makes a triumphant return with Madden NFL 08, and in plenty of time for the playoffs. It's not a major upgrade on the PC, but it was already a winner, and console gamers and Mac users will be impressed.

Madden NFL 12

By Point Blank (consolegaming.eu)

The introduction of Communities makes this a worthwhile purchase for anyone who loves playing online.

In conclusion, Madden NFL 12 is the game that the hardcore gamers have been longing for a very long time. It's not going to welcome many new people to the franchise due to the lack of innovative features, however this year wasn't about adding new...

By providing Madden enthusiasts with worthwhile improvements and an online Communities mode, this is certainly worth purchasing if you're a fan of Madden NFL.

Madden NFL 08 (Xbox 360) review

By Thomas McDermott (darkzero.co.uk)

As of 2002 I have grown to be a huge fan of both the Madden games, and as a result the NFL in general. In fact, without first getting my teeth into the virtual realisation of the sport I really don't believe I would have grown to love the real life...

Thankfully, now six years on, by jumping in and out of the Madden series over the years, and catching a fair few of the matches on TV, I have at least some sort of idea of what I am talking about when commenting on the sport.

Madden NFL 08

By Richard Rohani (dpadmagazine.com)

American Football and Britons, there isn't much love in that relationship. Those of us ignorant to the sport may think that it's just rugby with guys in armour, some of us may have even watched the Super Bowl into the early hours of the morning just to...

At least by the end of it you’ll have learnt the rules even if you didn't find the stop/start play engaging. But does Madden NFL 08 fare any better?

Madden NFL 07 (Xbox 360) review

By Richard Wakeling (darkzero.co.uk)

After last year's next-gen disappointment of EA's biggest franchise, Madden NFL 07 heads onto the Xbox 360 to try and right last years wrongs. Now being that it's the only game of American Football you can get, there isn't much choice other than this...

Luckily it improves over '06 in a lot of ways, but still has some missing features from the last-gen versions which leave it feeling a little bit empty.

Superb but sometimes not so much Madden as The Sims: NFL Media Slut

Easily the best NFL game ever, but it gets a big thumbs down (and marks off) for EA's shocking Live-denying shame.

Madden NFL 12 (Xbox 360)

By (cnet.com)

Every year at this time, fans across the country are abuzz at the prospect of their chosen team's seemingly unlimited potential. Any team could hoist the fabled Lombardi Trophy, and that unbridled optimism drenches even the most levelheaded spectators...

It's only after the weeks creep by that fans start to realize their team hasn't improved much in the months since it last took to the field. That cycle of dizzying expectations crushed by cruel reality is mirrored all too well in Madden NFL 12. The...
