The CD makes a nice coaster ; The picture on the box looks nice ; I don't have any other 'pros' since I can't get it to load at all. System well beyond the minimum specs needed
Tried several times to get this piece of junk to load. Wouldn't load at all. Patched the updates and still wouldn't load. Every time I try to download an update I get 'missing files' messages. Many of the update locations expect you to register an...

Don't listen to the people who say they couln't get online. There are some bugs but to go online you have to beat the first level. That way there are never nubs playing. Great Game, a blast to play. I highly recomend it.
Graphics on high are unreal, the cutscenes are movie quality. Awesome weapon selection and really cool weapons. Great gun animations and bullet tracers. The enviorments are really good and the open orld style is a blast to play in. And of course. . ....
If you only have 1 GB of ram get more! I tried to run this game with graphics turned all the way down and it was so glitchy. I mean completely unplayble. I just ordered 4 GB of ram so that shouls have the game running super high

I give them credit because this is a good try to revolutionzie the battlefield genre. I just think they need a lot of work with communication and listening to the players. Whoever beta tested this game should be put in prison!
Great single player theme, great weapons, has jets
Just about everything else. This is the buggiest game ever made. I had such high hopes for this one, especially since I have been playing 2142 for the past year and a half. If you are considering buying this I would suggest waiting to do so for a...

Frontlines offers an incredibly amazing MP component that is sure to boost your carnage seeking senses on a satisfyingly huge scale
Fantastic MP component ; Nice selection of weapons and vehicles ; Diverse maps
Visual quality lacks consistency
Frontlines is not going to be a legend, but if taking part and hitting the trigger in massive MP team battles has always been your foray, you have every reason to pick it up.

Oil Shortages, Economic Depression, Chinese Russian Alliance...it's not 2008. It's the new addition to the military FPS. Does it deserve a spot amongst the Call of Duty and Medal of Honor sagas? Check inside for our opinion.

Sting at the pump.
RC Copters and cars; Lots of vehicle types; Lots of role types
Generic single-player; Laggy, imprecise shooting; Only one multiplayer mode; Squad-only communication
The coolest part of Frontlines, the RC copters and mini-tanks, are legitimately neat and worth a look if a friend buys the game. But the extremely loose shooting, weak communication apparatus, and lone, quidditch-link, multiplayer game mode are points...
Go ahead, use that seventy bucks to get a full tank of gas. If nothing else, you can always drive to Vegas, baby. Vegas 2, that is. C- + RC Copters and cars + Lots of vehicle types + Lots of role types - Generic single-player - Laggy, imprecise...

When armies wage war over the last of Earth's precious resources... it's up to you to try and get this game running.
Large-scale conflict; fun vehicles; excellent sound design
Frame-rate dips and a multitude of other technical issues make the PC version wounded on arrival
