Simple, easy to use.

Warning about not overfilling the coffee filter mshould be provided. I loaded mine up as I ddi form my previous Krupps machine and got NOTHING through. It was a disaster!

The cups DO need warming first if you like a very hot drink - but the booklet does state that,so its not a fault,just something to be aware of.

Neat and stylish at a good price. Coffee is hot.

The overall cup of coffee is only warm, not hot because of the milk frother. I have tried everything and cannot get a hot cup without microwaving the milk instead of using the milk frother - big shame. Hence my poor overall rating.

Great coffee as good as coffee house versions

Does not produce a 'hot' coffee unless you pre heat the cup.

Ease of use

Does not froth milk as well as older versions

it makes a lovely cup of coffee and the milk frother is easy to use and clean. even if you don't want to steam the milk the crema layer is lovely.

the control dial feels a bit unstable.
