Tried to Evo machines...took both back due to faulty water pump!

I come from a family of loyal Saeco buyers (between us we have 2 Royal Capp so far). When I decided to buy my own I knew it would be Saeco as the Royals have been excellent. However, something is wrong in Evo land. I purchased the first Evo machine,...

2 machines were faulty and had to be replaced.

Good But......

Had the Saeco Exprelia Evo for about a month now. After changing the settings for the first few days, we found a combination that was close to perfect! The coffee was coming out hot-tish. The milk froths well but never really hot at around 38 deg C....

Looks, coffee taste, milk jug especially if milk were hotter.

Not very hot milk at around 40 deg C, small waste tray.
