tbh I haven't used this yet as it is a birthday present for my husband. But got it for a good price and looks good.

I am so pleased I bought this, it is a brilliant addition to my kitchen. So easy to use, such a variety of drinks to make. Couldn't be without it. Going to buy another as a Christmas present.

This machine makes very nice coffee only problem I had was that they were not very hot but after looking on the internet and following the tips that others had given the problem is now solved and I can now make hot mugs of coffee.
