Great buy really!!

 

I gave this to my Mother for Mothers day. She first looked at it thought it looked to Hi tech for her. When showed how easy it is to use; one taste of a hazelnut coffee-she was thrilled and hooked. There are pricey but definitely worth it if you love...

Fast shipping; well packaged. Easy setup; easy to use- even for the elderly!! Makes best coffee ever

Not really a con, however, The drip tray did not connect really secure as I would have thought ; however; for an elderly person it is easy to remove to clean.

Great Coffee Maker and Very Easy To Use

 

I DO Recommend this to everyone that likes a hot cup of coffee, cocoa or tea

Makes Coffee, Cocoa and Tea at the right temperature, "not so hot that it burns your face off " you don't need to wait 15 minutes for it to cool down, it's the right temp now. Thanks Keurig

Won't accept all k-cups

 

I am losing money on already purchased k-kups from brands offered on the Keurig website. (eg:Cafe Express, Tazo tea) My Keurig 2.0 K200 refuses to brew them and gives me an error message after all the holes are punched in them. The Keurig logo is on...

Problem

 

Bought one on December 6th and it stopped working on December 9th. The display showed "sorry brew interrupted". I followed the instructions in the manual and still couldn't get the machine to work. I brought it back to the store where I purchased it...

Very disappointed

 

I read the reviews about the pods, but I knew all the pods I had said, "Keurig" on the box and were the same companies that Keurig is partnered with, so I didn't think my five boxes of pods would go to waste. Apparently I was wrong and they won't work...

Didn't work out of box

 

Bought this as a gift. We set it up and the Pre-Heating display never goes off. Keurig is sending another one, so we'll see. Really poor quality control.

I am a previous owner of this product, which lasted 15 mos, until it died. Purchased the 200 series on 12/03/15, and it stopped working 12/05/15. Water no longer came out,the small window stopped working. The only thing that worked was the water heated...
