Impossible to purchase cleaning products (de-scaler & cleaner) as no UK retailers have these items. Have visited the official German K-Fee website but couldn't purchase necessary cleaning products. Very restricted choice of drinks.

fiddly to get the control levels right. Not much choice in drinks unless you like tea. basic coffee and finest coffee types, creamer, hot chocolate and at least 3 different teas.

Automatic swich off when not in use. Preset cup sizes avoid waste. Quality of coffees available

Great appearance, (especially in red), very easy to use, took ages to decide whether to buy but no regrets and I've saved a furtune since I've stopped drinking shop bought coffee every morning.

PODS CAN BE EXPENSIVE AND IT IS BEST TO BUY WHEN YOU SEE THEM IN STORE. RANGE OF PODS LIMITED BUT ITS ONLY VERY EXPENSIVE COFFEE MACHINES THAT HAVE VERY WIDE RANGE.
