Makes really good coffee. very easy to operate. We had the model S9 and it leaked after the warrenty expired we sent it in and had it repaired flat rate $265. A little more than 90 days it leaked again. so we got this one.

I bought this machine looking for commercial quality. Unfortunately the dimensions listed are incorrect. Without the hopper attached the machine is 18.5 inches tall. We could not fit it under our counter.
