great coffee always...

There will always be positive and negative reviews about any product. I did a lot of reading about the j9.3 machine before my purchase, including reviews on this site that were both good and bad. In the end I went ahead and purchased mine from Harvey...

Awesome product!

I bought the J9.2 a while ago. I am using this machine everyday and I am loving it! Go for it, you won't regret it.

Love it!

I purchased the J9.2 of Graysonline reconditioned for $1070, when it first arrived it was producing no head in the latte or cappuccino. So we were quite upset, but the wounderful Jura girl sent us out a small part for the machine, first one was stolen...

Beware of inferior plastic used in this model!

Paid $3000 for this with 5 year warranty. A year ago the plastic frother broke, because of arthritis have problems so it meant I put sideways pressure when cleaning, and it broke off. Rang Jura and was told it was not covered by warranty because...

Fantastic Coffee at the push of one button

Have had this machine for 4 months now and love it! So easy to make different types of coffee, especially in the morning, when you just want a strong coffee without having to do a barrista course first. Speaking of barristas - this machine is honestly...

Luke warm milk

The machine is good but coffee is at 45 degrees Celsius. I've always had my coffee at 55-60 degrees. Unfortunately I have to microwave it to get hotter. I think there should be a milk heat control that makes it just that bit hotter. I'm a bit...

Easy to use. Looks good.

Milk doesn't heat hog enough.

Better than most cafe coffee

We had a Delonghi Nespresso pod coffee machine. It makes an acceptable cup of coffee but nowhere near as good as the Jura. Our Delonghi came with a four year warranty and was returned for servicing 4 times. 3 times for a burnt milk frother and the last...

It's automatic, tells you what it wants eg water, beans etc and makes delicious hot coffee with little fuss. I can choose the strength of the coffee and select the coffee beans.

Nothing.

Cant wait to turn it on each morning

After much research and deliberation on either the Bosch or the Jura, took the plunge and bought this unit. It is so easy to use and virtually no maintenance. Only have to fill up the water and beans and the machine does the rest. I like being able to...

Will End Up Paying For Itself

A weekly trip to the coffee shop usually ended up costing $30, by the time we paid for 2 flat whites, a hot chocolate, two babycinos and a muffin each for the kids. Now, the coffee we make at home is so much nicer, we don't bother with the cafe...
