Buyer Beware - mis-sold

Bought this from John Lewis this week, The product details on the JL web site clearly describe this unit as a smart-connected coffee machine which can interface with an iPad. Unfortunately the unit needs a bluetooth dongle which was not supplied with...

Died after 3 years!

We bought the previous version of this 3 years ago but sadly it stopped working a month ago. It is not possible to contact Jura and John Lewis can't do anything as it's over 2 years old. Not good for a product costing over £1,000.

One of the best of its type

Makes a wide selection of excellent coffees. But one has to factor in the high cost of the consumables such as filters cleaning tablets etc. Build quality is outstanding and the operation is fool proof. But John Lewis is probably one of the most...

Makes great coffee

After considerable research we bought the E8 as a replacement for our worn-out Gaggia. So far we are very pleased with all the features and more importantly, the various types of coffee they produce. We had to ring the Jura Service Centre to find out...

Can't get a hot Latte

ely luke warm. We have been playing around with the settings for the past couple of weeks, and the only thing that made the drink hot is to put it in the microwave for a minute or so. Overall, I am very disappointed in this machine.

Cold frothed milk

Purchased this machine 2.5 weeks ago. The coffee itself is good, self cleaning and ease of use good, however the milk is luke warm at best. I am not happy with this machine at all. I spent over 2k on this machine expecting it to be worth it. I am so...

50/50.. Mixed feelings about this machine

is a fine line between too much and too little froth. Our lattes still have too much head on top and not enough coffee, if we turn the froth dial even just a little bit more to the right it has hardly no froth. I have contacted Jura for some help,...

Not hot enough

I bought this wonderful machine after our fabulous grind and brew Krups could not be fixed anymore due to the fact that they no longer supply the parts. The Jura was very quiet but the coffee was drinkable from the very first sip. If you were planning ...
