Freezes - Must be hard reset often.

 

Hopped on NewEgg to buy a replacement carafe (I dropped mine >.< ) and figured I'd update my old review. Sorry some people had problems with this unit but 3 years later, mine still works! I even had a mishap with the dishwasher and melted a few...

I feel a little cheated and lied to since "3" day Shipping took "4" days. Why not call it 4 day shipping, why lie to customers? I'm not sure this is the first time and I'm not the first customer. I'd like to get 1/4th of my money back for that extra...

Great At Home Coffee

 

We received this gift for a wedding present and have been extremely happy with it. It is simple to use but can also make different strengths of coffee. Bonus you can grind your own beans and have them make fresh coffee everyday!
