GOOD PRICE. HAD AN OLDER UNIT THAT WORKED GREAT FOR 6 YEARS.

NEW UNIT LEAKED. HAD TO CONTACT THE MANUFACTURER TO GET A REPLACEMENT THEN CONTACT THE SELLER TO RETURN THE REPLACEMENT UNIT FOR CREDIT. EVENTUALLY RECEIVED FULL CREDIT, BUT PROCESS SEEMED CUMBERSOME.

great purchase

 

vastly superior to the 3 previous coffee makers we had, I think the only way to improve would be to go to a metal restaurant quality coffee machine.

permanent filter works great, front loading water and coffee is so awesome, swings out for easy access, we have been making coffee almost daily for 3 months with no problems.

plastic construction that comes with this price point.

was worried about the filter but it works great and is easy to dump and rinse out. you can cut paper filters to fit but it is not necessary.

water and coffee load in front, very easy access, coffee pot does not drip when you pour, filter works great with no grounds in the coffee like the cheap brand I used to own.

Got this for myself for Christmas to replace a Delonghi I had for over three years. I never had another brand last that long since I brew at least one pot a day. Very happy with this purchase and got the rebate just fine.

Very nicely done. Well made and sits on counter without moving around. Cord is just about right. Brews quickly if you want, but also has the switch to brew slowly, which I love. Timer works well, and clock keeps good time. Pot is easy to clean, and...
