Over all this is semi pro camcoder for an affordable price. Very easy to handle the camera in any moving programs. Very good in the HD mode recording.

Not really "bad", but the supplied microphone is only adequate, and lacks power. It is also not stereo sound, inevitable with an XLR input, stereo is achieved only with a second microphone.

Thiis is a powerhouse camera

 

I have produced with this camera for several years. I like taking it on locations with me because its handheld abilities, excellent color production, I have been on extream locations and Sony has always come through with flying colors. Thanks Sony!
