I have had no problems what so everuntil now

I have bought a new P.C with windows 7. Even with the extra disc add on I am still unable to connect the camera to my p.c. This is very unhelpfull as I wish to save my vidoes and put some on You Tube. Please help

Sony Handycam DCR-TRV255

I bought this video camera about 7 years ago and it has been great fun to use and at the time was the best product available for the money.

The battery supplied is frankly useless as it only last for about 1 hour. I had to buy a much larger battery that gives me about 6 hours of use.

Simple to use although a bit large by today's standards. Easy to follow instructions and the play back is of good quality

having bought it to use with a windows XP computer it was good. However, I now have a Vista computer and it is not compatible with it. I have to use firewire which I find difficult as not knowing 1) Not being able to find a firewire socket on my new...
