Slik Quick Release Plate for U8000 - What A Deal

I had accidentally sent a camera in for repair and left my Silk U800 Quick Release Plate attached to the camera. Well as you can guess when the camera was returned after being repaired, the plate was missing. I went internet searching and there was...

Sturdy And Lightweight Quality That Comes Cheap!

From an amateur's point of view, purchasing a tripod is an essential step to getting started in the art of photography. A whole new set of images are possible because you can position the camera and wait for the action to come to you. As you become...

Solid, flexible, cheap, light tripod

The tripod works extremely well for my Canon Powershot digital camera. I have not tried it with other cameras, so cannot comment on its performance with heavier cameras. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a light, solid tripod for a...

Excellent for todays lightweight cameras and camcorders

For the price point this upholds SLIK's reputation as a value conscious maker of tripods and accessories. I found this tripod to be well made for the price with excellent features. For today's modern digital cameras and camcorders this is just what the...

Lightweight and generally easy to operate. Compact so you take it along just in case.

Really not meant to support any significant off-denter weight without a ballast without possible tipping.

Very good Tripod for Small Cameras

If you need a handy tripod for small DC, this is the one. Very easy to use, very light to carry around. However, it only weights around 2.5 pounds, so it is not safe to be used for even smallest SLR in the current market. Other than that, I highly...

Well made, light, low price

Not for Heavy DC, like SLR

The SDV-20 Tripod is a great buy

We love this tripod. Don't be fooled by the price, you are looking at one quality product. You will like its size when "compacted" and its lightness. You carry it around very easily. As I mentioned in the weaknesses a carry bad would have been great...

Inexpensive, sturdy, light-weight, compact, multi-directional, great range of heights.

A holding bag would have been great.

Nice, light weight tripod at a good price.

This tripod is good for small digital cameras and camcorders. I use it with a small casio camera and a JVC mini-dv camcorder. I prefer it to my heavier tripods when I know that I will not have to support a lot of weight. Now, a word of caution. I have...

Easy to carry, decent range of adjustments.

Will not support heavy equipment.

Very good Tripod

This is my first Tripod. I'm very satisfied with it. The light weight and 59 1/2" height are very impressive. ALthough it is very cheap, the quality is very good. If you are not professional photographer, I strongly recommand this tripod.

Light, Cheap price, Maximum height is 59 1/2"
