JVC Everio GZ-MG20 review:

Stores tons of video; excellent zoom reach; very small.

Terrible battery life; mediocre video quality; grainy low-light footage; requires a computer or stand-alone DVD burner.

Though the short battery life and mediocre image quality are frustrating, the JVC Everio GZ-MG20U's amazing recording capacity and tiny size still make it an enticing device.

Though the short battery life and mediocre image quality are frustrating, the JVC Everio GZ-MG20's amazing recording capacity and tiny size still make it an enticing device.

Stores tons of video ; Excellent zoom reach ; Very small

Terrible battery life ; Mediocre video quality ; Grainy low-light footage ; Requires a computer or stand-alone DVD burner

Still-image quality is terrible. The VGA-resolution images lack detail and are grainy no matter what the lighting conditions.

I would rate this camera as a youtube quality camera. Don't buy it if you want good footage.

small

the picture quality is very bad, and it has a grainy image even in daylight

JVC Everio GZ-MG20

I think we the sucked in should get some kind of refund. I only bought it because it was JVC!! I'm VERY dissapointed

It records movie in the day, lots of it

I agree the comments re the lies about how well it would do in low light. I was told it would record closeups in light from a birthday cake. So much for kids birthday memories. It also can't focus on distant objects if the wind is vibrating it
