Compact, great zoom. Also the software lets you easily upload films to Youtube.

I wish the lens cover was motorised, it's easy to forget to close it. Also the still image quality is low at 3.1 Mp when the motion capture is full hd.

Disc space and battery life are excellent

The unit would be far more useable if the screen were augmented by a conventional viewfinder. When the sun shines it is often impossible to see either the subjects or the on screen information

Good solid build quality, very compact, fits into your pocket nicely (not jeans of course), good internal memory and the facility to add additional memory (SD card), great zoom, touch screen is neat, still photograph quality is very good

The hand strap may be better suited higher up the side of the camera so the camera does not automatically lean to the left. Purchased the camera for a family holiday to Disney in June 2010 I was a bit disappointed in the quality of photographs and...
