Remote control looks like it belongs with another product, unlike the player, it is cheap plastiky and nasty. As has already been said, the buttons need a good hard press to work

Great quality design, construction and software. Sensibly designed remote. Excellent wifi built in and fantastic features including net tv (which DOES include a perfect working iPlayer) and pc networking for streaming music and films.

You have to wait a few seconds after initial start up before using the Internet or network based features otherwise it can hang and require restarting. Its not compatible with mp4 videos that are often used by iTunes. But these files can always be...
