The day the warranty ended the player asked for a system update via the connected internet. I did this. Tonight I thought I had recorded a tv program as normally done. I got home to find the unit still off. No recording had commenced. I manually hit...

Disapointed

The young man at the store that I bought it from (Harvey Norman Belmont) tried his best to solve the problem. But those who were repairing it (Smart Vision) were not helpful at all. Nor did I get much satisfaction when I rang LG Consumer Care. This...

Attempts by Store to solve my problem. The young man was courteous and attentive.

Waited too long for the repairs and was being told so many different stories regarding my problem.

Rubbish

Bought it to go with our 55inch LG TV. Plays BluRay and DVD's well, still haven't been able to get it to record properly after 2 months. Very hard to get it to play some BD's, even when they are new. Actual playback quality is good but far too...

It does actually PLAY discs most of the time

en you return to watch the program you need to find your place again....and getting there can be so slow as the fastest rate of FFW is only 15seconds. On occasion it has even jumped forward toward the end of the program. When a timed recording is about...
